Abstract In the present study, by employing differential inequality theory, some novel assertions are gained to validate the global exponential convergence on neutral type shunting inhibitory cellular neural networks involving proportional delays and D operators. Moreover, numerical simulations are provided to support the effectiveness of the analytical results.
