Application of combined teaching methods of "Rain Classroom" and team-based learning in clinical teaching of nursing students in the Pediatric Department (“雨课堂”结合以团队为基础学习教学法在儿科护理实习生临床教学中的应用)
Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of "Rain Classroom" combined with team-based learning (TBL) in clinical teaching of nursing students in the Pediatric Department. Methods A total of 37 students who participated in the internship in the Pediatric Department from October 2022 to February 2023 were selected as the control group, and the conventional teaching mode was adopted. Another 34 students who participated in the internship from March to July 2023 were included as the observation group, and the "Rain classroom" combined with TBL teaching method was adopted on the basis of conventional teaching. The test scores, independent learning ability and teaching satisfaction of the two groups of students were compared. Results The scores of theoretical knowledge and practice skills in the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group (P<0. 01). Nursing students in the observation group had higher satisfaction than those in the in the control group on teaching content, teaching methods and teachers(P<0. 01). The score of independent learning ability assessment of the students in this group was higher than that in the control group(P<0. 01). Conclusion The "Rain classroom" combined with TBL teaching method has a good effect in clinical teaching of pediatrics, which effectively improves students' learning effect and independent learning ability. (目的 探讨“雨课堂”结合以团队为基础学习(TBL)的教学方法在儿科临床护理教学中的应用效果。方法 选取2022年10月—2023年2月在医院儿科实习的37名护理实习生为对照组, 采用常规教学模式进行临床教学; 2023年3月—7月34名护理实习生为观察组, 在常规带教基础上采用“雨课堂”结合TBL教学法。比较两组学生出科考试成绩、自主学习能力, 评价教学满意度。结果 观察组护理实习生理论知识、操作技能考核成绩均高于对照组, 差异有统计学意义(P<0. 01)。观察组护理实习生对教学内容、教学方法、主讲教师的满意度评分均高于对照组, 差异有统计学意义(P<0. 01)。观察组护理实习生自主学习能力问卷评分高于对照组, 差异有统计学意义(P<0. 01)。结论 “雨课堂”结合TBL教学法在儿科临床实习教学中应用效果较好, 能有效提高学生的学习效果和自主学习能力。)
