The paper presents the types of reconstructive plastic surgery of the external genitalia in children with proximal hypospadias. It describes surgical techniques that could perform perineoscrotal plasty using autologous bioengineering designs. The techniques of one-stage surgical aid for urethral trunk plasty are unveiled. The application of autologous keratinocytes on the biodegrading matrix is the method of choice during stepwise urethroplasty in children with proximal hypospadias. When a plastic material suitable for modeling an extensive urethra is hard to get, this method makes it possible to avoid hair growth in the neourethra and to create a reserve for the plastic material that is necessary for further repair, thereby reducing the number of surgical aids and complications.
