Based on the equivalent circuit model of nonlinear resistor and nonlinear capacitance as the basis of the equivalent circuit model of the MOA,in this paper, time domain expression of response current about the ap- plied voltage is derived and the response current is decomposed into resistive part and capacitive part by determinate method.
