FEATURES OF SENSOMOTOR REACTION IN ATHLETES OF SERVICE-APPLIED SPORT
Abstract
The paper presents the results of researching psychomotor features in the athletes participating in overcoming of an obstacle course with firing. Second-year cadets of the Ufa Legal Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia (n = 158) took part in research. Cadets were divided into 2 groups – the control group and the experimental group. Groups were completed following the results of control running at an obstacle course with firing. The experimental group included the cadets who had 2 or fewer misses when performing firing. The control group included cadets. who made more than 2 misses when performing firing. The received results testify that athletes of the experimental group had significantly good results in “Average reaction time”, “Functional level of the system”, “Stability of reaction”, “Level of functionality”, “Working capacity assessed by reaction speed”. The obtained data specify, supplement and concretize the data on cadets’ body features.
