Rating of Investment Potential of Regions and Their Digital Profiles

Abstract

The investment potential of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation can be assessed based on the rating and digital profiles of the regions. The rating can be built on the basis of integral indicators of the level of intensity and efficiency of expenditures and with the use of integral indicator of the region’s investment potential -IIRFP. The obtained ranking results can be reflected on heat maps.
