The Collection of Antiquities of St Vladimir’s Monastery (2nd Half of the 19th – early 20th Century)

Abstract

The article studies the history of the collection of archaeological findings made by the monks of St Vladimir’s Monastery in Chersonesus (Crimea) between the 2nd half of the 19th – early 20th century. With reference to archival documents, the author determines the sources of the collection, its items, and analyzes the condition in which they were stored.
