All the teaching staff are awave of the importance of teaching the suitable use of the dictionary to our pupils. But, have we put into practice any methods to let us obtain the suitable profit of this tool? In many cases, the initial intentions remain as objectives without executing and later some gaps are noticed in the pupils as the result of the inefficacy of the method. The knowledge of this total bock is simplified in the search of the unknow meanings or in the consultation of spelling doubts. With the purpose of avoiding this fragmentary use of the dictionary, I offer a materialized propose in a amusing game that let the working of this didactic tool in the different curricular aspects of secundary, the conceptual, procedimental and attitudinal ones In this experience, the main and the first aspect is the importance of using the dictionary as an instrument of diary work that is capable to solve doubts of the language which are often exponded to the pupil.
