On the discussion of master-apprentice system in the training of Traditional Chinese Medicine nursing talents of integration of medical care (“医护一体化”中医护理人才师承培养新模式探讨)

Abstract

Training of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) nursing talents fundamentally affects the development of TCM nursing. By theoretical teaching, mentor-guided clinical practice and skills training, the design of master-apprentice system is aimed to multi-dimensionally explore the path to sustainable development of TCM nursing, seek opportunities for development, and improve quality of the TCM nursing technique and service. This paper summarized the current situation in TCM nursing talents training and practice of master-apprentice system, in order to provide reference for training of high quality TCM nursing talents of integration of medical care. (中医护理发展的根本在于培养中医护理人才。“医护一体化”中医护理人才师承培养新模式以理论授课、跟师出诊、技能培训为路径, 全方位、多维度积极探索中医护理可持续发展的道路, 寻找中医护理新的发展空间, 提升中医护理技术水平和服务能力。本研究就中医护理人才培养的现状以及“医护一体化”护理人才师承培养新模式的实践进行分析和总结, 旨在为培养高层次专业化中医护理人才提供参考。)
