Experimental study of corrosion wear of structures in a plane stress state and identification of corrosion wear models
Abstract
The problem of experimental study of the influence of the stress state on the kinetics of corrosive wear of thin-walled metal structures is considered. An experimental setup for studying the corrosion wear of round plates in a biaxial stress state is described. Test results are presented showing that alternating loading accelerates the process of corrosive wear of the plates. Using the example of a corrosion model that takes into account the influence of stress, the method of identifying (determining coefficients) of the model, considered as a mathematical programming problem, for the solution of which the random search method is used, is illustrated. The found coefficients of the model are presented and the reliability of the model is confirmed by comparison with experiment.
