Idiopathic Thrombocytopenic Purpura in children. Integral Care

Abstract

Idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura or ITP is an autoimmune bleeding disorder more common in children. The Nursing Care Process, from a holistic perspective, will hold the child care with ITP. The main nursing objetives to these processes are control and reduce the number of hemorrhagic episodes besides the family health education.
