Enterprise Management Based on the Theory of Constraints Управление предприятием на основе теории ограничений
Abstract
There are a lot of factors that complicate making management decisions. They include increasing world’s competition, rapid development of technology, updating problem of limited resources, increasing requirements for goods. The concept which attracts attention among the other modern management concepts with scientific and practical value is the theory of constraints. This theory allows you to extend practical implementation of system approach to managerial problems of the specific enterprises in the real market environment. The article investigates and analyzes the potential (possibility) of the theory of constraints as an effective methodology for enterprise management. It describes the experience and feasibility of the theory in Ukrainian enterprises.Рост конкуренции во всем мире, быстрое развитие технологий, актуализация проблемы ограниченности ресурсов, повышение требований к товарам со стороны потребителей – все эти факторы затрудняют принятие управленческих решений. Среди современных концепций управления, имеющих научную и практическую ценность, привлекает внимание теория ограничений. Данная теория позволяет расширить возможности практического воплощения системного подхода к проблемам управления хозяйственной деятельностью на конкретных предприятиях в реальной рыночной среде. В статье исследованы и проанализированы возможности теории ограничений как эффективной методологии управления предприятием. Рассмотрен опыт и целесообразность внедрения теории ограничений на украинских предприятиях.
