MEANING AND SOCIAL RESOURCES OF PERSON’S POTENTIAL ACTUALIZATION

Abstract

The research importance. Person’s potential is ability of personal difficulties’ overcome and it is factor and indicator of social systems’ development in modern conditions. The research goal is exploration of modern specific of person’s potential as practice actualized on base sources promoted person’s self-development. Research methodology based on sociological research (the survey of citizen of Yekaterinburg 513 respondents, 2014). In results groups were described on base of comparison different values of person’s potential actualization, including youth, up to 30 years. The foundations of person’s potential actualization are: self-development motivation, life satisfaction, possibilities of a social and professional achievement. The person’s potential actualization signifies: social values and purposes, using different social resources for person’s self-development and prosperity. Practical implications. Results will be applied for conditions’ management of self-development and development of a persons’ potential in an education and profession activity.
