Contributions from a socio-legal perspective to the discussion of female sex workers in Colombia

Abstract

Legal implications of regulatory models that impose forms of symbolic violence for the sexual worker women are exhibited from a gender perspective, naturalizing a male_centered vision that defines its practices and speeches. From this conceptual frame the legal context of the sexual work is exhibited at national and international level.
