Abstract

Cercetarea dezirabilității sociale în dependență de motivația spre succes este deosebit de actuală și importantă în condițiile schimbării valorilor în societate și orientării deosebite a oamenilor spre obținerea succesului în carieră. Vârsta studenției fiind critică în privința viitorului de succes al individului, prezintă oportunitatea ideală pentru a examina relația dintre tendința persoanei de a se prezenta într-o lumină favorabilă și motivația ei de a deveni o persoană de succes. Students are at an age where their actions will determine greatly the outcome of their lives and the future success they will attain, therefore this is the perfect time to examine the relation between the tendency of an individual to present themselves in a favorable light and their motivation to succeed.
