In this article, the authors present the data of literature review of the last 10–15 years on the problem of hypertension of adrenal origin in various space-occupying lesions and diseases. It is found that many complex problems in the diagnosis of adrenal tumors, and therefore, the tactics of treatment and management of such patients remain stay far from the final decision and requires further improvement. This is primarily due to the significant frequency of pathology, a variety of clinical forms and the complexity of their differential diagnosis. Therefore, the issues of early and accurate diagnosis of pathological changes in the kidney and adrenal glands, assessment of functional and morphological changes in them during the treatment remains one of the urgent problems of modern clinical medicine.
