Abstract

Today improvement of provision of medicines of the antiulcer medicines effective interaction of all participants of the pharmaceutical market becomes which key factor in the modern economic environment is actual. The problem of interaction and the related transactional expenses, are comprehensively considered with use of the main positions of institutional economy. By means of modeling we optimized the revealed types of interaction and transactional expenses between the main participants of transaction.
