THE FEATURES OF «SOVETSCOST» IN EVERYDAY LIFE OF INTELLIGENTSIA IN STAVROPOL REGION AT THE BEGINNING OF THE 1920-s

Abstract

Article is devoted to the analysis of a daily life of domestic provincial intelligency of 1920 on materials Northern Caucasus. The significant attention of a role of intelligency in restoration of region after civil war, in development of formation is given. The reasons of interaction of authority and intelligency are shown. On the basis of the given archives formation of intrinsic features of intellectual elite of a new Soviet epoch is submitted.
