Attitude to Death among Yazd Citizens the Socio-Cultural Factors Affect

research method was survey and data collection Technicue was questionnaire. Face validity, reliability was measured by Cronbach's alpha coefficient The sampling method was a multi-stage cluster.The population study was citizens of Yazd above 35 years that according of using of Cochrans formula 257 citizens were selected. Data analysis From the software SPSS and AMOS. Overall Research results showed that Negative attitudes toward death was less accepted among citizens But a positive attitude toward death as well as a neutral attitude towards death are accepted. There was also a positive and significant relationship between attitude to death and religiosity and its dimensions, But there was a significant negative relationship between negative attitudes toward death and religiosity. There was also a significant relationship between the experience of death with a positive attitude to death and a negative attitude todeath. But the relationship between neutral death and death experience was not significant. There was also no relationship between negative and neutral attitudes to death and reflection on death. But there was a significant relationship between positive attitude towards death and reflection on death. According of linear combination of independent variables in the regression equation, we can explain 18.8% of the variance in attitude toward death.
