Nursing of a patient with gastroesophageal reflux disease of liver-stomach disharmony syndrome treated with auricular acupoint comprehensive operation techniques based on the theory of ascending and descending (基于“通降理论”运用耳穴综合操作技术治疗吐酸病肝胃不和证1例护理体会)

Abstract

This article summarized the nursing experience of a patient with gastroesophageal reflux disease of liver-stomach disharmony syndrome treated with auricular acupoint comprehensive operation techniques based on the theory of ascending and descending. Based on the theory of ascending and descending, the patient was treated with comprehensive auricular acupuncture techniques, combined with routine nursing measures such as daily living care, differentiated diet, differentiated nutrition support, etc. After treatment, the patient's GerdQ score for gastroesophageal reflux disease decreased from 11 points to 5 points, and the GERD-HRQL score decreased from 21 points to 9 points, effectively improving the patient's symptoms of gastroesophageal reflux disease, and enhancing the quality of life. (本文总结耳穴综合操作技术治疗1例吐酸病肝胃不和证患者反酸、烧心的效果及护理经验。基于“通降理论”, 在辨证施护基础上, 给予患者耳穴综合操作技术治疗, 配合生活起居护理、辨证施膳、辨证施乐、辨证施养等常规护理措施。经治疗, 患者的胃食管反流病问卷量表(GerdQ)评分从11分降到5分, 胃食管反流病健康相关生活质量量表(GERD-HRQL)评分从21分降到9分, 有效改善了患者的反酸烧心症状, 提高了患者的生活质量。)
