Abstract Purpose of the article: how the surveyed entities implement the obligation of digital accessibility, what financial and human resources they have, and whether there has been a qualitative change in the approach to digital issues. availability between 2015 and the moment of implementation of the study. Material and methods Survey: 1. devoted to examining the degree of implementation of statutory requirements, 2. checking the preparation of OPS to provide digitally available services. Testing of the websites was carried out using an automatic validator Results • few entities meet accessibility obligations, • even fewer took accessibility into account in internal regulations, • no employee training on accessibility was conducted, • the examined OPS websites are well prepared in terms of IT. Filled with content confirms the editors' lack of competence in creating digital content in accordance with the principles of accessibility Conclusions The key problem is to ensure competence in digital accessibility for all ops employees.
