ASSESSMENT OF FACTORS MESO-ENVIRONMENT ECONOMIC ACTIVITY SMALL AND MEDIUM BUSINESS

Abstract

Factors impedimental to activation of level of economic activity of subjects of small and midsize businesses of the Volgograd area are analysed in the article, the presented factors are certain an author and classified on three groups. On the example of the Volgograd area influence of tax climate, administrative loading and investment activity is analysed, conceptual problems and factors of effective management are educed by development of economy on мезоуровне. As a result of research strategic directions offer for development of meso-environment region, the mechanisms of integration of power and business are certain. The certain requirements of businessmen mark for plugging in the anti-crisis plan of the Volgograd.
