TRABALHO E “QUESTÃO SOCIAL” NO CAPITALISMO CONTEMPORÂNEO: a política social capitalista e o fetiche do microempreendedorismo individual no Estado do Piauí
Abstract
The objective of this paper is to discuss contemporary settings of social policy and labor in Brazil, passing by the issues of informal work and the emergence of individual microentrepreneurship as a strategy for confronting social issues. These reflections on entrepreneurship in the country and in Teresina are the result of a first step in building the Doctorate subject matter of public policies and have been developed in order to create and strengthen a theoretical basis can understand the designs of the entrepreneur work in City Shopping in Teresina. The methodology used is typical of library research method and with clearly defined goals. The results point to a number of misconceptions in the general behavior of social policies adopted in the country and the conformation of individual entrepreneurship as a new fetish Capital.
