The aim of this study was to determine the limits of antibodies Ig classes A and G to estradiol (Es), progesterone (Pg), and benzo[a]pyrene (Bp) as a risk factors for premature rupture of membranes (PROM) in preterm pregnancy. A retrospective, comparative, analytical study was taken. The study included 149 patients, group I consisted of women with PROM at 22-36,6 weeks of gestation (n = 68), group II – women without PROM in terms 22-36,6 weeks (n = 81). Statistically significant differences in the formation of antibodies Ig to Es were observed in women in group I in comparison with women in group II. If IgA level to Es is > 5, it’s a risk factor of PROM in terms 22-36,6 weeks.
