Features of “smart city” concept in urban paradigm of globalization

Abstract

The paper pointed out that the concept of smart city - is the basis for the development of the area within clearly defined borders. It was found that each of the components of smart cities should be offered to the format of uniform development and structuring of the overall paradigm of development of the region.
