Piso-Hamate hiatus syndrome
Abstract
A 49-year-old woman presented with progressive weakness of the right hand of two months duration. Her clinical history was unremarkable except for a carpal tunnel release at the right wrist. Clinical examination showed wasting of the right hand with disability of spreading the fingers. Sensory conduction study of the right ulnar nerve was normal. Motor needle conduction study showed loss of contraction of the ulnar inner - vated hand muscles indicating neuropathy of the right ulnar nerve.
