Crime as a criminal phenomenon, social phenomenon and socially dangerous act has existed since ancient times. This is evidenced by both archaeological finds and Bible texts. Neither education nor technological advances in human nature have changed anything. And although the issues of criminal liability in the field of space activities may not be very relevant now, this situation can change at any time. After all, more than 50 countries of the world are actively exploring space.
