Transdisciplinarity in Juridical Teaching as a Construction of Knowledge Required for a Solidary, Ethical and Responsible Acquaintanceship
Abstract
The present study aims to promote a reflection on the reform of juridical teaching, transcending a solidified curriculum in dogmatic disciplines and presenting an education based on transdisciplinarity as a response for the future jurist to be inserted in today’s complex society. The moment is for the transformation of juridical teaching, facing an education intertwined with human relationship and that brings, in a transdisciplinar way, a formation capable to stimulating, both in the social and professional, the practice of a knowledge based on a solidary, ethical and responsible acquaintanceship, in relation to the other and the society as a whole.
