COMMENTS ON THE EUROPEAN SOCIETY OF CARDIOLOGY GUIDELINES FOR THE MANAGEMENT OF ATRIAL FIBRILLATION (2010)

Abstract

The basic differences of updated Guidelines (2010) in comparison with previous ones (2001, 2006) are discussed, namely - the classification of atrial fibrillation, evaluation of its course and severity, and treatment approaches. Therapy strategies which were significantly changed are considered in details.
