The screening of the compounds with antiaggregation and proaggregation activity among xantine

Abstract

Biological activity of first synthesized 8 xantine derivatives has been studied. Differences in impact of the compounds on blood coagulability have been shown. Obtained active derivates prove the perspectives of further investigations of bioactive substances.
