Disciplinary violation of the university service officer in Iraq - comparative study -
Abstract
The disciplinary violation of the university employee occupies an important position in the disciplinary system. It is also known that the principle of penal legality and in relation to the crime of stating in the field of discipline of the employee in general .The importance of studying the disciplinary violation in view of the importance of the position of the university employee himself and that his duties are different from the duties of other employees as well as the duties of the Job in general . The other duties of what stems from the natural work of university services ,the goal of the study lies in the statement of these duties precisely enough We have come to study a number of arguments and recommendations .Perhaps the most prominent of which is that the Iraqi legislator was not successful in the statement of some of the terms that raise great problems when applied as the term of the university tradition .We recommend that the legislator has to determine the intended purpose ,even in the from examples of the most prominent of these traditions , if he is unable to make them under one limitation or put a specific control for these traditions .
