A problem of trust of representative organs of subjects of sociallabour relations and its influence is on development of production democracy

Abstract

In the article the state of trust of citizens is investigated to the representative organs of the state, employers and hired workers which form sociallabour relations and, on character of which steady development of being in charge subjects and social safety depends in society. It is set that the problem of trust to the representative organs of subjects of sociallabour relations does not create a condition, in relation to achievement of the protracted socio-economic stability and brakes the process of development of production democracy.
