Research and Application of Positioning and Hoisting System for Offshore Wind Turbine Foundation
Abstract
In order to improve the construction efficiency of the “Pre-Piling” jacket foundation of offshore wind turbines and reduce the possibility of safety accidents, the offshore wind turbine foundation positioning and hoisting system is developed, which includes image progress module, 3D model display module, video monitoring module and foundation structure monitoring module. Through relevant theoretical calculations and visualizations of real-time data transmitted by sensors on the guidance platforms and jackets (hereinafter collectively referred to as structures), the positioning and monitoring of the whole process of wind turbine foundation hoisting construction can be realized to guide the orderly and rapid construction process. The system has been successfully applied to the Yudean-Yangjiang-Shapa Offshore Wind Power Project. During the hoisting, the inclination angle on the structure platform is always within 3° and is less than 0.2° when it is finally stable, meeting the requirement that the inclination is within 0.5%; there are few outliers in the GNSS positioning data, which does not affect the overall judgment of the position of structures, and the GNSS positioning data eventually tend to the target coordinates. The application results show that with the assistance of the system, the hoisting process of the foundation structures is stable and efficient, and the centimeter-level positioning accuracy of the hoisting of the foundation structures can be achieved.
