Mobbing y terceros afectados desde la complejidad

Abstract

Resumen: Este trabajo es un reporte parcial de investigación cuyo objetivo es resaltar la importancia de la inclusión de los terceros afectados en la investigación acerca del mobbing, buscando la reducción o eliminación del daño. Eso se hace mediante la reflexión acerca de las diferentes realidades y cómo se operan los pasajes de un nivel a otro. En la Introducción se exponen pregunta y objetivo de investigación y la justificación del método, que es una reflexión analítica desde la complejidad, así como la problematización de la parte del concepto mobbing que tiene que ver con los actores involucrados, de donde se hace la presente propuesta de considerar a terceros afectados. En seguida se trata el método adoptado ya aplicado a la problemática, apartado que se ha subtitulado Terceros afectados. Y debido a que es un artículo de reflexión, se pasa directamente a la Discusión con los referentes teóricos seleccionados. Finalmente se incluyen las Conclusiones. Abstract: This work is a partial research report whose objective is to highlight the importance of the inclusion of affected third parties in the research on mobbing, seeking the reduction or elimination of the damage. This is done by reflecting on the different realities and how the passages are operated from one level to another. In the Introduction, the question and objective of the investigation and the justification of the method, which is an analytical reflection from the complexity, as well as the problematization of the part of the mobbing concept that has to do with the involved actors, from where the present is made proposal to consider affected third parties. Next, the method adopted is applied to the problem, section that has been subtitled Affected third parties. And because it is an article of reflection, one goes directly to the Discussion with the selected theoretical referents. Finally, the Conclusions are included.
