Digital technology has brought new opportunities for the digital transformation of education and the professional development of teachers. However, digital technology has its uncertainty, and teachers in the era of intelligence face digital risks such as performance competition, professional ethics challenges, identity dilemma, and lack of trust. From the perspectives of social environment, school organization, and teacher subjectivity, it can be observed that the digital divide exacerbates the gap in teachers' digital literacy, the "out of domain" society regulates their educational thinking, and the "black box of techniques"obscures their real needs; Schools pose a "panoramic view" of teachers through digital supervision, and students' parents participate in school education through digital means that forms a "reverse monitoring" of teachers. what's more, digital quantification forces teachers to self-monitor; Teachers themselves face the risk of identity fission, loss of memory and experience in imparting knowledge. To avoiding the digital risk of teachers in the digital age, the construction of a safe and intelligent social ecological environment for education is required. Besides, what is also important is the improvement of the mechanism for the development and application of digital technology in schools, and the strengthening of the self-reflection of teachers.
