La revista Destino (1939-1980) y la reconstrucción de la cultura burguesa en la España de Franco

Abstract

This article’s aim is to analyze the structure and topics of the weekly magazine Destino, which was created in order to achieve two purposes: to recover the golden thirties of Barcelona’s culture and to offer to the Catalan liberal bourgeoisie a new space of information and communication. In addition, this work will study the magazine’s evolution through its trajectory (1939-1980), from the perspective of its sections and its ideology, and it will pay special attention to the role played by cultural and literary information.
