Research status and hotspots in nursing of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the recent decade (近十年我国中西医结合护理研究现状与热点可视化分析)

Abstract

Objective To analyze the research status and hotspots in nursing of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the recent decade, and provide reference for further studies. Methods Relevant studies published in the databases of CNKI, Wanfang Data, VIP from Jan. 1st 2012 to October. 1st 2022 were searched for bibliometric analysis. A visualized analysis of author name, institution, key words and other issues was performed. Results Totally 1498 studies were included, and number of published articles reached its peak in 2015. The hotspots included Care of elderly patients with chronic diseases, psychology/emotion, Standardized nursing care and so on. Conclusion Studies about nursing of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine are becoming more popular, and more efforts should be paid to improve the quality, breadth and depth of research. A productive and well-established relationship between institutions is foundation of multi-centered large-sample researches, promoting the innovations, highlighting the advantages of nursing of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine, improving patients health outcomes and quality of life. (目的 对近十年有关中西医结合护理的研究现状、热点和趋势进行可视化分析, 为开展进一步研究提供参考。方法 检索中国知网(CNKI)、万方数据库(Wanfang Data)、维普中文科技期刊数据库(VIP)中2012年1月1日—2022年10月1日发表的相关文献进行计量学分析, 借助NoteExpress软件对作者、机构和关键词等内容进行可视化分析。结果 共纳入相关文献1498篇; 发文量在2015年达到高峰期; 研究热点集中在老年慢病护理、心理/情绪、规范护理模式等方面。结论 我国中西医结合护理的相关研究逐渐成为研究热点, 但研究的质量、广度和深度仍有待进一步提升; 各研究机构之间需加强协作, 开展多中心、大样本的研究, 着力推广创新发明成果, 凸显中西医结合护理的优势, 改善患者健康结局, 提高生活质量。)
