Applications of Strongly Regular Cayley Graphs to Codebooks

Abstract

In this paper, we give a construction of strongly regular Cayley graphs on the finite field $\mathbb {F}_{q^{n}}$ . As applications of these strongly regular Cayley graphs, a class of codebooks is presented and proved to be asymptotically optimal with respect to the Welch bound. Further more, these constructed codebooks have new parameters.
