Designing databases is essential to provide businesses with high-quality data for effective and correct decision-making. Data warehouses, such as Data Vault 2.0, are important storages for the data and therefore designing the data warehouse is important. The process of database designing is usually time-consuming and requires the expertise of data modeling professionals. Automating the process requires metrics to evaluate the quality of a data model. We used the newly created metrics for a Data Vault 2.0 data model and automated the evaluation process. We created a framework for the evaluation and revealed it as an application for the evaluation process to facilitate efficient and effective database design evaluations.
