Abstract

Gastric cancer has extensive metastasis and high mortality, and its pathogenesis has not been fully understood. The advent of metabolomics has further brought metabolic regulation and cancer research into the spotlight. This article provides an overview of the important metabolic changes caused by gastric cancer, and their therapeutic significance is considered and prospected.
