RUSSIAN LIBERALISM OF THE EARLY 20^TH CENTURY: THEORY AND PRACTICE. HISTORIOGRAPHIC THEMES

Abstract

The article deals with the formation of scientific knowledge on the problem of formation and development of liberalism in the early 20th century, its main periods are given and their content is described. The summary given contains the information that the process had the progressive nature, the studying of which forms the idea of Russian liberalism as various historical, political and ideological phenomenon.
