Administrarea teritoriului României în timpul celui de-al doilea Război Mondial

Abstract

This paper presents a model of administrative organization in the context of a dictatorship. This organization was influenced on the one hand by the war and the subsequent territorial losses and on the other hand by the need for a unitary government based on over-centralization that led to the complete absence of any democratic elements.
