This report has the purpose of showing how the introduction of bimodal IT contributed to a large national company tracking cards could improve the delivery of their mobile Area products to market, gaining competitiveness in the face of its competitors. It was verified that Agile methodology cannot be deployed in all areas of the company, aligned with the concept of bimodal IT. The case study of bimodal IT was conducted on the two methodologies in projects of the mobile area with effort between two thousand to four thousand hours of work in a large national company in the credit card segment. Business process changes are recommended in order that the company can deliver faster and better the product to the Market.
