Forming of the creative class in the conditions of new economic reality

Abstract

Dependence between age structure of labor power and efficiency of implementation of creative potential of a creative class is disclosed. Influence of urban saturation of the country on development of creative economy is studied. Possibilities of the countries with narrow specialization to transition to a phase of creative development through traditional industries are revealed. It is proved that the level of technical progress is to some extent determined by the cost of separate production factors.
