Keypoints Fermentation medium with high antagonistic activity of HR10 strain was determined. Antagonistic crude protein of HR10 strain purified by Ion-Exchange Chromatography. Composition of the antagonist protein of HR10 strain was analyzed using LC-MS-MS.
