EU-EAEU: preconditions for dialogue

Abstract

The author assesses the possibilities for official dialogue between the European Union and the Eurasian Economic Union from the following positions: initial data, conditions, goals. According to the author, similarities of integration models are sufficient grounds for building constructive relations. Fair competition is an indispensable condition for dialogue. The author considers the increase of the efficiency of the European integration technologies application as a necessary motive for interaction
