LA STC 93/2013, de 23 de mayo, y la regulación del régimen interno de las convivencias no matrimoniales en la Comunidad Autónoma del País Vasco

Abstract

This article analyzes from a critical perspective the constraints established by the Constitutional Court judgment 93/2013 of May 23rd, regarding the regulation of the legal effects of life-partnerships. The study has a clear general outreach but it places particular emphasis over the Basque regulation about de facto partnerships. The Basque Parliament was the first one to regulate the internal regime of non married couples after the aforementioned judgment and it has done it precisely by deepening in an approach which has nowadays been rejected by the Constitutional Court.
