This paper discusses the failure events and tracking analysis of water temperature observation system in Tianjin fluid network from four aspects of host failure，sensor failure，lightning protection system failure and power supply system failure，and puts forward standardized troubleshooting ideas and record processing methods. It can be used as a reference for other stations to track and analyze similar data.
