Abstract

The model of the influence of product of innovative projects (IP) for comprehensive cultivation and processing of rapeseed in biodiesel (CCPRB) in modern farms and agricultural holdings and project environment factors on the relevance of IP and the need to stimulate their state has been developed. This model is the basis for the development of a conceptual model of state support programs and stimulating innovative projects CCPRB.
