Acute respiratory viral infections (ARVI) are the most frequently occurring. Physicians of all specialities have to deal with ARVI in outpatient practice. In the present-day environment of the population migration, people concentration in metropolitan areas and active communication, viruses spread very easily and lead to unhealthy conditions. [7]. The high prevalence is explained by the easy transmission of the source of infection by airborne droplets. Influenza and ARVI account for 90-95% of all infectious diseases. The share of influenza in the overall Russian epidemics ranges from 10 to 60% [3]. In addition to epidemic outbreaks in the last century, the world recorded 4 pandemics [23].
